Purchase option change notification

Dear Valued Customers,

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to our product purchase option on wetest.net. We continually assess our pricing structure to ensure we offer competitive service. In order to sustain the quality of service our users come to expect, effective from September 1, 2024, the following list represents purchase options will be removed.

Live Testing:
Subscription (Monthly & Annually)
Resource Pack
Metered

Automation Testing:
Subscription (Monthly & Annually)
Resource Pack

Monkey Test:
Resource Pack
Metered

For users who subscribe to Live Testing (Monthly or Annually) or Automation Testing (Monthly & Annually) before September 1, 2024, your active subscriptions will remain valid and will not be canceled. Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will not be able to re-subscribe.

Additionally, for users who have purchased Live Testing, Automation Testing, or Monkey Test (including Resource Pack or Metered) before September 1, 2024, if you have additional purchase needs, please contact WeTest sales team.

An announcement will be made later this year on the future purchase option policy.
