On the Project, click [Authority] to enter the member authority setting page, where you can assign different permissions to each user group.
Switch the corresponding user group on the left, and you can set authorities for the user group in the operation area on the right. If checked, it means that all members of the group have this authority. The authorities of the administrator group cannot be changed, and they have all authorities of the project.
[Note] If the project is a corporation project, the project administrator can control whether the user group can use the enterprise quota through authorities.
